Collection Service via Vietnam Post Outlets (Pay@Post)

Pay@Post is a collection service that enables HSBC customers to pay their bills of electricity, telephone, e-booking airfare, insurance premium, credit card... through the Vietnam Post (VNPost) nationwide network *.

Benefits:

• Make payments of your HSBC credit card bill and other bills from other merchants ** at more than 2,000 accredited VNPost outlets.
• Save time and transportation costs by being able to make payments at a VNPost outlet near your home or office.
• Make payments even after business hours or during non-business days (except the first day of Lunar New Year). Some VNPost outlets may accept payments until 21:00.

Transaction Instruction:

Follow these five easy steps for a transaction:
1. Go to an accredited VNPost outlet.
2. Fill in the VNPost Deposit slip.
3. Present the Deposit slip together with cash to the counter staff.
4. Wait while VNPost counter staff validates the transaction. Payment details will be updated in the system.
5. A copy of the Deposit slip will be given to you as a proof of successful payment

Your payment will be then posted to the merchant’s account the next working day (2 working days for HSBC credit card payments).

* Fee applies for HSBC credit card payments: 0.1% of the payment amount with minimum VND 20,000. The fee will be charged on the same day with payment transaction posting, applied and billed into your next statement.
