- Payments to linked accounts.
- Payments to other HSBC Vietnam's accounts.
- Local payments to local banks in Vietnam.
- Overseas payments.
- Bulk payments (autoPay) (counted as one transaction regardless how many payees or payments are included in an instruction).
- Bill payments.
- Term deposit placements.

Terms and conditions

1. Programme period: 03 October until 30 December 2011.
2. Eligibility: All corporate banking customers of HSBC Bank (Vietnam) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank"), who successfully register for HSBC Business Internet Banking and perform successfully at least one online transaction during the programme period, can participate in the lucky draw.
3. Code to enter into the lucky draw programme: The first nine digits of the customer’s HSBC account number.
4. Lucky draw process:
      • Draw dates: 05 January 2012.
      • Draw venue: The lucky draw will be held in Transaction Center of HSBC Bank (Vietnam) Ltd. at the Metropolitan, 235 Dong Khoi street, Dist. 1, HCMC.
      • A list of eligible customers will be generated from the HSBC system. E-notifications will be sent to eligible customers on 03 January 2012.
      • Customers do not have to submit a lucky draw ticket to the Bank. HSBC will print the lucky draw tickets (including the lucky draw code and the customer’s name) based on the Eligible Business Customer List.
      • Selection process: Names of winners will be drawn randomly with the witness of HSBC representative, customer representative and MOIT representative.
      • The results of the lucky draw and a list of the winners will be published on our website (www.hsbc.com.vn) on 06 January 2012.
5. Notification and distribution: HSBC banking representative will contact the authorised users of Business Internet Banking from winning companies five days after the announcement date. The authorised users of Business Internet Banking from the winning companies must collect their prizes at any HSBC branch within 8 working days of notification. The authorised users of Business Internet Banking from the winning companies are required to show their Identity Card or passport, the original Confirmation Letter of HSBC and Original Letter of Attorney to collect their prizes.
