EmployeeCare includes Group Healthcare Insurance and Group Personal Accident Insurance with different levels of cover developed to suit companies’ protection requirements and budget.

A. Group Healthcare

• High yearly limit of up to VND1,224,000,000 for basic Inpatient and Surgical cover;
• Optional Maternity Benefits including newborn cover, caesarean section up to VND127,500,000 per pregnancy. Especially this benefit is separated from Inpatient and Surgical Procedures, helping companies reduce the unnecessary cost for male employees.
• Worldwide Emergency Assistance, including evacuation and repatriation to a limit of VND850,000,000;
• International Travel insurance additional cover with a limit of VND850,000,000, particularly suited for employees who travel often for business;
• Employees enjoy greater convenience with Direct Billing Services for all consultation and medical fees when presenting their EmployeeCare card at any inpatient clinic within the EmployeeCare network;
• Employees may choose any outpatient hospital or clinic that meets the policy requirements;
• An EmployeeCare hotline provides assistance and emergency outpatient services 24 hours a day, seven days a week;
• The plan is available to both small and large companies, from groups of just three employees to big corporations;
• Our coverage is structured with one basic and six additional covers, giving you the convenience and flexibility in choosing the coverage that meets the specific need of each segment of employees, and maximising value for money.

B. Group Personal Accident

• Five standard levels of sum insured, to maximum limit of VND500,000,000;
• Coverage extends from 18 years of age to below 60 years for new employees. Existing employees can be covered up to 65 years of age;
• Especially additional cover of Child Education Fund is included under personal accident cover, to maximum limit of VND50,000,000 per child;
• Worldwide coverage for death and permanent disablement;
• Wide coverage under reimbursement of medical expenses, including emergency treatment, in-hospital treatment, surgical operation, out-patient treatment, post-hospitalisation, ambulance, etc;
