From 1 October 2015 until 31 December 2015, HSBC Bank (Vietnam) Ltd. would like to migrate all customers’ payments into HSBCnet/Internet Banking or Smart Form. The purpose of the project is to ensure we can mitigate risks of processing errors that can arise from manual payment, thus enhancing security for customers, increasing speed of service and lowering payment fees. Retail Banking and Wealth Management customers can call our Contact Center at 84-8-37247247 and Corporate customers can contact their Relationship Manager/Client Service Manager for further information.
HSBC commits to provide quality services to our customers. We have recently completed our regular maintenance and safety checks on all our ATMs country wide (including electrical checks). All HSBC ATMs are in good condition and safe for customers' use.
