If you lose your cash, your HSBC Premier MasterCard Credit Card and HSBC Premier Visa Platinum Debit Card and you urgently need access to money, you can approach any HSBC branch overseas to obtain emergency cash.
If you lose your HSBC Premier MasterCard Credit Card, call +1 314 275 6781 and we'll cancel it immediately and arrange card replacement on the next day. Emergency cash can be arranged before you receive the new card. You can collect the cash at over 245,000 outlets across 200 countries.
