- Individual aged 18 and above
- Minimum initial deposit of VND500,000 or USD30
Fees and charges
- Service charge of VND100,000 or 6USD, if minimum monthly average balance falls below VND3,000,000 or USD200 respectively.
- Account closure fee of VND550,000 or 33USD if the account is closed within 12 months of the opening date.
