Vietnamese

• Copy (both sides) of identity card for both primary and supplementary card applicant (if any).
• Provide proof in your own name for current residential address OR for both current residential address and permanent address if they are different. 

Resident Foreigner

• Copy of passport and Visa (copy of immigration official stamp if no Visa required).
• Provide proof in your own name for each address declared in the credit card application form. The permanent address of the resident foreigner should be in Vietnam.
