• Having an HSBC saving/current Account in Vietnam Dong
• Minimum opening balance: VND 500,000
• Minimum monthly balance: VND 3,000,000

If you do not have account at HSBC:

Step 1:

Open a VND saving/current account with minimum opening balance VND 500,000 by visiting one of our nearest HSBC branches/transaction offices and filling out the HSBC Account Opening Form.

Step 2:

Receive a new Debit card instantly and the respective card PIN at branch/TO.

If you currently have a VND account at HSBC and not having an HSBC Debit Card yet:

Step 1:

Simply fill out the HSBC Debit Card form. You can get a pdf form and print it out; or

Step 2:

Mail the form to HSBC Cards Centre P.O.Box 704, Saigon Central Post Office. HCMC, Vietnam, or submit the form directly to one of HSBC branches.

Step 3:

Receive the Card and the PIN separately via post mail within 5 business days.
