INSURANCE PREMIUM PAYMENT CHANNEL

Currently, customers who buy Bao Viet Life Insurance products via HSBC Bank (Vietnam) Ltd. are offered with the premium payment channels as follows

A. Estimated Premium Payment: 2 payment channels are applied

1. Estimated Premium Payment by bank transfer to Bao Viet Life's account

2. Estimated Premium Payment in cash directly to Agents

B. Periodic Premium Payment after the Life Insurance policy goes live

1. For customers who have bank account at HSBC (applicable to Current Account and Savings Account): Customers will be offered SI (Standing Instruction), an automatic bank transfer order, for free.

After the Life Insurance policy goes live, HSBC staff will advise customer to fill in the SI application form with the premium payment period of their choice

2. For customers who have bank account at other banks:

Customers can apply for the automatic bank transfer order at their bank for premium payment. In case customers do not want to use the automatic bank transfer, customers can make a bank transfer to Bao Viet Life with account information as of Part (A), Section (1) and narrative as follows:

“Customer Name”-“Product Name”-“PDK”-“Policy Number”-“Payment period”
 (E.g.: Nguyen Van An-AGTL-PDK-67890-MONTH)

3. For customers who do not have any bank account:

Customers shall make a payment to Bao Viet Life with account information and narrative as above mentioned

Note: In case customers want to pay in advance for the up-coming payment periods, narrative shall be written as follows:

“Customer Name”-“Product Name”-“PDK”-“Policy Number”-“Periods of Payment”
(E.g.: Nguyen Van An-PDK-67890-MONTH 2-3-4)

Important notice:

In order to secure your insurance benefits and achieve your financial goals as expected, customers are encouraged to apply for the automatic bank transfer order for an on-time and sufficient premium payment according to policy terms & conditions.

To protect your own benefits, regardless of your payment channel being bank transfer or cash payment to agents, we advise customers to keep all signed receipts or original invoices as a proof of payment.
