*Important Notes

• Age limits:

- The Policy covers any Vietnamese citizen or foreigner residing or working in Vietnam, aged six months to 85 years (inclusive)
- Adult means persons aged between 17 to 85.
- Children aged between 12 to 16 who are not travelling with their parents, may apply for coverage upon payment of the adult premium, but only child benefits shall apply.
- Children aged 11 and below must be accompanied by and insured together with an Insured Adult.

• Place of departure: must be trips originating from Vietnam only

Note:
Our HSBC staff will contact you to confirm your application details within 1 working day and you must maintain your account balance with at least equal the Travel Care premium fee that you have chosen so that we can deduct it from your account.

In case we cannot contact you to deduct the premium fee from your account within 1 working day, your registration for Travel Care will be deemed invalid.
