Application Criteria:
- Vietnamese citizens who have long-term residence in:Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai Province, Binh Duong Province, Long An Province, Da Nang City, Hue City, Hoi An City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, Tay Ninh Province, Bac Ninh Province, Vinh Phuc Province, Hung Yen Province, Hai Duong Province, Hai Phong City, Can Tho City, Vinh Long City, Cao Lanh City, Sa Dec Town, Long Xuyen City.
- Age from 18 to 60
- Monthly net salary from and above VND 8 million with employment of at least 1 year
- Salary paid to a bank account
(*) For Civil Servants
- Vietnamese individuals working in civil service industry in the middle management positions with 10 years or more of working experience (such as ministries, government offices, schools, hospitals and equivalent) and whose salary scale is regulated by the Government Decree 204/2004/ND-CP dated 14 December 2004.
- Loan amount up-to 15 times of monthly salary.
Documents required
- Personal Instalment Loan application form (original copy)
- ID card (a certified copy or the original ID to be crosschecked at the Bank. The date of issuance of the ID card must not exceed 15 years with identifiable details and photo)
- In case the current residence address is the SAME as the address on the household registration book: household registration book (a certified copy or the original copy to be crosschecked at the Bank). If the address is different, the KT3 (a certified copy or the original copy to be crosschecked at the Bank) is required in addition to the temporary residence (original copy with the seal and signature of the local authorities. The date of the certification must not exceed one month).
- Employment contract with the signing date of over one year (a certified copy or the original copy to be crosschecked at the Bank), or the certification letter of the applicant's position, employment duration and salary (original).
- Bank statement (original) which reflects the salary of the last three months.
- The most recent telephone bill of the current residential address (or water supply bill or electricity bill)
