Application requirements
Vietnamese individuals working in civil service industry in the middle management positions with 10 years or more of working experience (such as ministries, government offices, schools, hospitals and equivalent) and whose salary scale is regulated by the Government Decree 204/2004/ND-CP dated 14 December 2004.
Long-term residence in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai Province, Binh Duong Province, Long An Province, Da Nang City, Hue City, Hoi An City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, Tay Ninh Province, Bac Ninh Province, Vinh Phuc Province, Hung Yen Province, Hai Duong Province, Hai Phong City, Can Tho City, Vinh Long City, Cao Lanh City, Sa Dec Town, Long Xuyen City.

Documents required for application
Personal Instalment Loan application form (original copy)
ID Card (a certified copy or the original ID to be cross-checked at the Bank). The date of issuance of the ID card must not exceed 15 years with identifiable details and photo
Household Registration Book (a certified copy or the original to be cross-checked at the Bank)
Additional submission of KT3 (a certified copy or the original to be cross-checked at the Bank) or Temporary Residence Card (original copy sealed and signed by the local authorities. The date of certification must not exceed 3 months) in case the current residential address is NOT the SAME as the address on the Household Registration Book
The most recent telephone bill of the current residential address (or water supply bill or electricity bill)
Copy of the latest letter of appointment, or Copy of the labour contract (showing customer’s name, position, scale, job grade and salary multiplier).
