We have been advised that unknown people, claiming to represent other Banks or Institutions and work in partnership with HSBC, are calling HSBC customers asking for credit card details. HSBC IS NOT in partnership with any other local or foreign Banks or Institutions except for the partner mentioned at this link. HSBC customers are advised to NEVER give or disclose any details of their HSBC credit card and/or bank account and/or credit card numbers to any third party under any circumstances.

HSBC commits to provide quality services to our customers. We have recently completed our regular maintenance and safety checks on all our ATMs country wide (including electrical checks). All HSBC ATMs are in good condition and safe for customers' use.
