HSBC ATM network

To access any HSBC ATM, you need:

• Savings Account/ Current Account & register for a HSBC Visa Debit Card
  (issued on the spot free of charge), or
  
• HSBC Credit Card/ HSBC ATM card
  

If you don't hold an account at HSBC:

• Visit our nearest HSBC Branch or Transaction Office and complete the Account Opening Form
  
• The required minimum opening balance is VND 300,000
  
• Collect your HSBC Debit Card instantly
  
• Activate the card at ATM
  

If you have a VND account at HSBC but do not have a Visa Debit Card:

• Simply complete the HSBC Debit Card form.
  
• Mail it to us at HSBC Cards Centre P.O.Box 304, Saigon Central Post Office. HCMC, Vietnam, or submit it at the nearest HSBC Branch or Transaction Office
  
• Receive the Card and the PIN separately via post within five (05) working days
