Online security information reset

The Online security information reset allows you to reset your password without the submitting any form to the bank for processing. You only need to enter your Username and one time password from your security device and provide the correct answers to your security questions setup during registration.

How to use

• Your security questions must be set up in advance, choosing from predefined questions.
• Provide the correct answers to your chosen questions. These answers will be required when you perform an online password reset in the future.

How to reset your password

• Click on “Forgotten your password” after inputting you Username to reset your password instantly.

How to change your security questions

• You can change your security questions and answers in Internet Banking under Services -> Change security questions and answers.
