Many of you may wonder why you need a security device. The reason is that online security is our top priority, after all, why transact online if you are not comfortable and confident with the service. The security device effectively means that you have a new code each time you log on to internet banking (in addition to your password), making it much more difficult for a criminal thief to break into your account.
Note: If your code does not work, it may be unsynchronized and can be fixed by calling our 24-hour Customer Service Hotline at (84 8) 37 247 247. If your security device is defective or broken, please use the Maintenance/Cancellation form to have it replaced.

The first thing to do after receiving your Security Device
Activate the Security Device by logging on with your Username and Password, then entering the serial number from the back of the Security Device and the 6-digit security code generated from the Security Device. Download Personal Internet Banking User Guide for more details.
