Transfers

As security is our primary focus, there are a few things to be aware of when transacting online.

• Non-designated payees (which are payees who have not been set up with the bank and hence have higher inherent risk) have a lower default limit. In order to increase this limit, you must complete the Daily Transaction Limit Revision form.
• In order to perform banking transactions above the maximum Non-designated limit of 80 million VND (or Non-designated default limit of 50 million), customers must fill in the Pre-designated form, which allows transfers up to 1 billion VND.
