To register for Personal Internet Banking, you need a Savings Account/Current Account/HSBC Credit Card or Automated Telephone Banking service.

How to register?
Complete the following simple steps or refer to the online demo.
1. Register here. You can also visit www.hsbc.com.vn and click on the "Register" icon on the right hand side toolbar to access HSBC's Personal Internet Banking service.
2. Select the appropriate number (ATM/debit card, credit card or Phone Banking number) and fill in the required details.
After receiving your Security Device, activate it by following these steps:
HSBC's Security Device is a tool to create a six-digit security code which you will need when you log on to Internet Banking. This makes it virtually impossible for anyone to access your account without your authorisation.

Note: There is no way for you to replace the battery. Tampering with the internal parts of your Security Device will cause it to malfunction.
Reset your online security information
The online security information reset function allows you to reset your password without having to submit any forms to the bank.

Note: Your new password will automatically expire 12 days from the day on which you reset your new password if you don't send the documents described above to HSBC. You will then have to repeat the reset password process to set up another password.

New credit card customers are automatically registered for Automated Telephone Banking service. Your PIN will be mailed to you.

You are required to remember your PIN number of Automated Telephone Banking service to be able to log in and make transactions quickly, any time, any where.
