- Option 2: Check on your Credit Card statement
- Option 3: Via HSBC Contact Center
How to donate using your HSBC rewards bonus points:
1. Check the current reward points on your HSBC Credit Card
2. Join the donation by 2 options:
*Option 1: Sending SMS with syntax “HSBC_RP_Last 6 digits of Credit Card_N_2101” to 6067
N is the quantity of donation value VND50,000
*Option 2: Calling HSBC Contact Center in the South: (8428) 3724724 or North: (8424) 62707707
3. Receive an acknowledgement about your donation request from HSBC
4. Within 10 working days, HSBC will send confirmation of successful donation result via SMS to you
