Instant Transfer NAPAS 247

Step 1:
Login to HSBC Vietnam app

Tap Pay and transfer icon at the bottom

Step 2:
In the next screen Tap Make a transfer to proceed

Step 3:
Tap account to select the account to transfer from

Step 4:
Tap Your payees – the list will include all of your saved domestic payees; or

Tap Add a new payee icon

Step 5:
Tap Select payee type in Payee type field

Step 6:
Enter payee details

Tap Save payee button if you want to save the payee details.

Step 1:
Tap Select from the option in Transfer method field and select Instant transfer NAPAS 247

Enter transfer details then tap Continue to proceed

Step 2:
Verify the transaction by face ID/ finger print or enter 6 digits PIN

Step 3:
Review the details of the transfer in the Review screen

Tap Confirm if all details are correct

Step 4:

Upon tapping Confirm on the transfer details, you will be directed to the Confirmation showing the details of the completed transfer.

Step 1:
Tap Share icon on the top right to share the transfer receipt

Step 2:
Choose the channel which you would like to share the receipt or tap Save image to save the receipt your device to share later

Step 1. Scan your payee’s VietQR code, either by tapping ‘Scan QR code’ to scan or choosing one from your gallery.

Step 2. Enter the amount and necessary details swiftly for your transfer. You can save payee details with a nickname for future use.

Step 3. Review the transfer carefully, then confirm.
