To enhance your service experience, we are progressively sending guidance to our customers on how to update their identity information. When you receive the email, please register your biometric information and update your valid Vietnam identity document.

Stay alert for phishing SMS, emails, and fraudulent websites claiming to be from HSBC. HSBC never send any SMS or email with a link requesting you to log on to your online banking, or asking you to provide PIN/OTP, or card CVV.
