The Program applies to Customers who meet the following conditions
1. Winning Golfers in Tournament; and
2. The Winning Golfers must be Amateur golfers under the Rules of Amateur Status 2022 as regulated by R&A Rules Limited and the United States Golf Association; and
3. The existing HSBC Premier customers; or
4. In case that golfers are not the HSBC Premier customers, the Winning Golfers must become HSBC Premier customer within 30 days of the tournament date and remain in HSBC Premier status until the end of "World Golf Championships – HSBC Champions VIP Hospitality Programme" in Shanghai ;and
5. To become the HSBC Premier, customers need to satisfy the following conditions:
  1. Maintain a minimum average monthly Total Relationship Balance (TRB) of VND 1 billion or foreign currency equivalent; or
  2. Receive a monthly salary of at least VND 100 million into your HSBC accounts; or
  3. Have a mortgage loan with a minimum outstanding balance of VND 2.5 billion and loan amount less than 60% of the value of the mortgaged property and monthly salary credits to HSBC accounts
  4. Satisfy other conditions to become an HSBC Premier customer as prescribed by the Bank Winning Golfers who satisfy all the above conditions hereinafter will be called the "Eligible Customers"

Eligible Customers, are amateur Golfers, will be representatives of HSBC Viet Nam to participate in World Golf Championships – HSBC Champions VIP Hospitality Programme for amateur Golfers in Shanghai, China in the near future as the detail below:
1. Sponsored Vietnam - Shanghai round-trip air ticket (not to exceed VND 45,000,000/representative) for one (01) person in the form of a refund to the Customer's account, including but not limited to HSBC current account or HSBC credit card account. Eligible Customers can choose Noi Bai/ Tan Son Nhat international airport to go to Shanghai, China; and
2. The cost of the hotel (max 4 nights accommodations at the official guest hotel), VIP Hospitality at HSBC Hexagon Suite at the competition venue; and
3. Complimentary shuttle services between the hotel - golf course.
Time to receive the Prize:
1. Eligible Customers will be notified of the earliest Program time. The Program is scheduled to take place in October 2023 at Sheshan International Golf Course, Shanghai City, China.
2. The competition time will be on Monday.
Prize Terms and Conditions
1. Eligible Customers must be Amateur golfers under the Rules of Amateur Status 2022 as regulated by R&A Rules Limited and the United States Golf Association.
2. Eligible Customers will pay for their own flight tickets with HSBC cards and HSBC will only refund in case customers have gone and returned.
3. For any reason, if Eligible Customers have purchased flight tickets but have not participated in the Program, HSBC will not refund the cost of the purchased flight tickets;
4. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other benefits and cannot be given or transferred to any other third party;
5. Eligible Customers need to comply with the regulations of "World Golf Championships – HSBC Champions VIP Hospitality Programme" in Shanghai, China;
6. Depending on the Covid-19 epidemic situation and the restrictions of the Shanghai government, the Program might be delayed in 2023, Eligible Customers will reserve the authority to participate in the next year;
7. The prize does not include:
  1. Visa fee
  2. Travel Insurance
  3. PCR/ART test (if required).
  4. Cost of isolation (if required).
  5. Hotel and other personal expenses.
  6. Expenses incurred before or after the Program.
  7. Taxes, fees, special insurance to come to Shanghai, China.

Information Provision and Usage

Golfers must provide personal information including: full name, date of birth, passport number, Handicap ID, Handicap system in use, nationality, mobile phone and email address when participating in this tournament.
By participating in this tournament, golfers acknowledge and do not cancel that:
1. HSBC Bank (Vietnam) Ltd. (“HSBC”) may collect, use, process, store, transfer and upload your the personal data and images on HSBC communication channels before, during and after the tournament, including but not limited to the public website, Facebook, Linkedin and other media; and
2. HSBC may collect, use, process, transfer and store all your personal data provided in accordance with the bank's policy; and
3. HSBC may share or transfer your personal information golfers provided to any third parties partners, as necessary as permitted by law.
4. Agree for HSBC using your images and videos for advertisement or others without further agreement and arising cost.
5. Agree to receive HSBC information about products, services, campaigns, and promotions.
6. Agree the Regulation of the Tournament and other relevant term and conditions.
